Shimana’s Intensifier-Type Video Systems are non-contact video inspection and measurement machines that offer both precision and efficiency. Available from Digital Measurement Metrology (DMM), the systems are able to avoid visual errors thanks to their semi-automatic measuring vision inspection software. The software also allows data and images to export to AutoCAD for data processing.
The video systems are rich with powerful features, including:
- multiple automatic image measuring tools and advanced manual control features;
- high-precision granite base and upright columns, which guarantee the measuring accuracy of the instrument, with more stable performance;
- a lens with fixed multiplying factor locationing; and
- an easy-to-use Z-axle and light illumination adjustment panel, adapted with the pre-front panel control and with human-based design.
In addition, these machines have functions of SPC statistic and tolerance analyses, and editor programming and learning functions.
Applications for Shimana video measuring machines include electronics, measuring instruments, cutters, precision machine elements, precision hardware, electronic components, rubber and finished rubber products, semiconductor components, cars, machine manufacturing and more.
Two versions are available — a 250-mm machine and a 300-mm machine.
