Vibra Finish is well known as a production finishing facility with an uncompromising focus on quality. The Mississauga, Ont.-based company also manufactures its own line of vibratory finishing machinery with that same commitment to quality. Its offerings include a wide variety of surface finishing equipment, including vibratory dryers.
Vibra Finish carries a selection of drum, tunnel and corn cob dryers to meet its customers’ finishing needs. The dryers can be designed as stand-alone units, or integrated with a vibratory deburring or burnishing machine as a complete system.
Its drum dryers feature a stainless steel drum and interior, custom made to suit the customer’s exact size requirements. Available in 460- or 575-volt versions, the dryers offer an adjustable speed DC drive, high heat insulation up to 121 degrees C (250 degrees F), and thermostatic temperature control.
The company’s tunnel dryers feature a stainless steel conveyor manufactured to suit the customer’s needs. Like its drum dryers, they offer a stainless steel interior and high heat insulation up to 121 degrees C (250 degrees F), as well as 460- or 575-volt adjustable-speed DC drives and thermostatic temperature control.
Corn cob dryers from Vibra Finish are designed to remove residual soap film. They are easily integrated into the finishing system, and offer efficient, direct electric coil heating. A temperature controller is used to provide heat only when necessary.
Vibra Finish has more than 40 years of experience in the production finishing field. It services a wide range of industries and offers 24-7 operations from its four plants. Quality is a top priority for the company, which is why it follows strict quality assurance practices.
“We are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service or product, and to ensure that it is tailored to meet our clients’ individual needs,” the company says.
