As one of North America’s premier roll forming companies, Nu-Tech Roll Forming Inc. knows the importance of investing in itself and its customers. With that in mind, the Mississauga, Ont.-based company recently invested in tools for the hollow metal door industry.
The new tooling, which includes glass stops, thermal stops and glazing beads, gives Nu-Tech the capability to frame out hollow metal door window inserts.
These new hollow metal door components have been put on the company’s recently installed state-of-the-art roll form line with programmable pre-piercing capability and a servo driven cut off.
According to Nu-Tech, “this line will offer the speed and accuracy that is needed to be competitive and excel in today’s environment.”
No better time to invest
Nu-Tech understands that there is a great deal of uncertainty surrounding Ontario manufacturing, but that doesn’t stop it from believing that Ontario is a great place to do business. In fact, the roll forming company says that there is no better time to invest than right now.
“We have seen a definite uptick in business since the deterioration of the Canadian dollar, and we are prepared to invest and capitalize on this trend,” explains Kevin Brewer, the company’s sales manager.
Nu-Tech Roll Forming prides itself on being a full-service supplier. The company has the capability to assist in all aspects of manufacturing projects, from bending, spot welding, assembly, grinding and polishing, to design and engineering, tooling and die fabrication, roll forming and stamping.
As a manufacturer that provides custom roll formed parts in many materials, Nu-Tech Roll Forming can produce cost-effective parts to meet its customers’ varying needs.
