Blagdon Air-Operated Double Diaphragm (AODD) pumps have long been recognized as the ”workhorse” of the industry. The pumps can handle difficult liquids at relatively low pressures and flows, and excel in extreme environments. They have a reputation for reliability, keeping processes moving both above and below ground.
The AP50 Submersible Centrifugal Pump from Blagdon Pump is among the company’s lineup of “work horses.” Designed for underground use, the AP50 has a robust construction and modular design that’s easy to maintain. Its features include spring-loaded vanes for immediate startup, automatic overspeed control and an integral oil reservoir for automatic lubrication. In addition, it pumps solid particles up to six mm.
Blagdon AODD pumps, including the AP50 Submersible Centrifugal Pump, are available through York Fluid Controls, a specialty stocking distributor with a 17,000-square-foot full sales and service facility in Brampton, Ont. The company has been supplying innovative and high-quality products to a variety of industries across Canada since it was founded 55 years ago.
