The InoBell-R is the robotic version of the InoBell, a high-performance electrostatic rotating bell sprayer from SAMES KREMLIN. This sprayer is supplied with a robotic support, and can be used with multi-axis robots. It offers a number of advantages, including excellent finishing quality, high productivity and easy maintenance.
This sprayer offers exceptional finish quality due to its rotating bell, very wide pattern and high electrostatic charge. The high transfer charge also ensures paint economy with transfer efficiency that can reach above 80 per cent. In addition, the sprayer can provide paint flow rates of more than 500 grams per minute, so it offers a high level of productivity.
The InoBell-R has a flexible air shroud, so the spray pattern can be adjusted for spraying different surfaces. The width of the impact can be proportionally adjusted during powder application from 300- to 450-millimetres. This is one reason the sprayer is suitable for a variety of applications. Some examples include the powder spraying of profiles, radiators, fences, automotive wheels, metallic furniture, and metallic ceiling panels.
This sprayer is supplied with a TCR module for control. It features parameter storage, an easy-to-read user interface, and adjustment of all functions on screen. This user-friendly control module also offers simplified adjustment of flow rates and adjustment of shaping air supply. There are two operating modes to choose from. Local mode uses the screen and/or wire-connected triggers, while remote mode offers monitoring via a series connection.
The TCR is a complete unit that is ready to integrate, with simplified wiring to the sprayer and no work needed on the software.
