Some cutting-edge conveying equipment from Hytrol will be on display at MODEX 2016, the manufacturing and supply chain trade show. Hytrol and its distributor McKessock Conveyor Solutions, operating under the Norpak Handling banner, will be on hand to show off a few of Hytrol’s innovative products at Booth 2427.
Quiet and efficient conveying
Among the innovations on the MODEX show floor will be the RBE24EZ belt conveyor. This full-width belt conveyor uses Hytrol's E24 technology, which means the rollers are driven with quiet and energy-efficient 24-volt motors. The drive train on E24 conveyors is distributed along the entire length, allowing for functions such as different speeds, multiple directions, and starting or stopping individual sections.
In addition, the RBE24EZ conveyor uses the EZLogic accumulation system. In these zero-pressure systems, Hytrol's EZLogic zone controllers use photo-electrics to sense products, and then control their accumulation and release. They are capable of accommodating products of various sizes by automatically adjusting the conveyor's zone length.
Some of the other Hytrol products that will be on display at MODEX include the Connex plastic chain conveyor line, and the ProSort131 Elite high-speed sorter.
MODEX 2016 will take place from April 4-7 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. More than 800 exhibitors, and the industry's leading manufacturing and supply chain providers, will gather at MODEX to display some of their latest technologies and share new ideas. In addition to the innovative products, the show will include more than 100 hands-on education sessions and four keynote speakers.
