The “plug-and-play” simplicity of Provincial Partitions’ patented System 40 modular space solution was put to the test recently. One of the company’s customers, a North American leader in transportation and logistics, required a turnkey in-plant office to accommodate management staff in a busy logistics depot. Provincial Partitions was able to install a 24-foot by 36-foot in-plant office in a new, unoccupied warehouse facility in under two days.
Seeing is believing. That’s why the modular space solutions provider captured it all on video. View a time-lapse video of the installation here.
The finished structure included three interior offices along with a utility room and a large open meeting area. Though the installation was quick, no detail was left out. A quiet workspace is key for any in-plant office, and Provincial Partitions was able to significantly reduce sound with the inclusion of a drop ceiling and roof panels. In addition, standard pane windows were used for quick and easy installation. The company also used internal chaseways within the System 40 walls to conceal all electrical conduits.
As with all System 40 structures, this building can easily be reconfigured to suit the company’s changing needs. Likewise, it can be easily disassembled and moved to an alternate location should the need arise. This flexibility is what makes the company’s System 40 the ideal space management choice. And the fact that assembly is accomplished without mechanical fasteners and all panels are interchangeable makes relocations and expansions simple.
