Canadian Portable Structures (CPS) wants to create an ideal working environment for its customers that will improve morale and communication.
“When space is organized, the result is increased productivity without annoyances, interruptions and disturbing noises,” the company says.
Burlington, Ont.-based Canadian Portable Structures is a leader in designing, engineering and installing portable structures, small or large, for virtually any purpose, whether a temporary, permanent, portable or modular building is required.
“Our product line has been developed with your needs in mind,” explains the company. “We can guarantee a first-class product, delivered on-time.”
Among the company’s offerings are plug-in plant offices — either interior or exterior — which offer peace and quiet for plant management. For interior offices, the MK IV series offers solid construction and solid value in standard and custom sizes and a choice of 14 different colours. MK VII can be used for both exterior and interior use, and are ideal for high noise environments and extra load-bearing capacities.
The structures are completely pre-built and delivered to customers through CPS’ Fast Track Scheduling System. The company can produce, deliver and place the structure by forklift within two weeks of the customer’s design/drawing approval. Unlike permanent structures, CPS units mean no construction delays, and because the units are pre-wired, they simply connect to existing utilities, ready to do business the same day.
“When you take delivery of a Mark IV or Mark VII portable, you’re getting a strong, quality built product that will give you maximum protection inside and out against rain, snow, noise, heat or the hazards of the work environment,” CPS says.
All buildings are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for one full year. Contact CPS to learn more about its plug-in plant offices.
