Enhance performance and productivity
Designed to simplify installation of the Stainless Steel Super Air Knife, the new plumbing kits include all of the proper fittings and tube for hooking up to a compressed air supply, and eliminate poor performance attributed to undersized fittings and compressed air supply lines. Stainless Steel Plumbing Kits can also be fully assembled and installed on a Super Air Knife at the factory to further reduce unproductive time and effort.
Super Air Knives that are 24 inches or longer must be supplied with compressed air at multiple inlets on the knife. These plumbing kits prevent users from wasting time searching for the right fittings or using undersized air supply lines. They allow customers to achieve peak performance and convenience with the confidence of proper installation.
Plumbing kits for the Stainless Steel Super Air Knives are available with cut-to-length type 316 stainless steel pipe and fittings. Lengths range from 610 to 2,743 millimetres (24 to 108 inches). PVDF Super Air Knives are also able to use the 316SS Plumbing Kits.
EXAIR’s Super Air Knife product line features the industry’s largest selection of sizes and materials. Both the plumbing kit and the Super Air Knife offer corrosion resistance and durability thanks to their stainless steel construction and the ability to withstand temperatures up to 427 degrees C (800 degrees F).
Additional accessories are available to further enhance the Super Air Knife’s performance. These include a universal mounting system, coupling bracket kits and electronic flow control.
