The VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun, from EXAIR

Industrial clients continue to trust EXAIR Corporation for its range of compressed-air equipment, from air guns and air knives to spray nozzles and static eliminators. EXAIR’s latest breakthrough, the new VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun, stands apart from previous air guns with its unique variable-flow trigger, which allows users to change the force of the flow effortlessly.

Made for the toughest jobs

The VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun is a small, lightweight air gun made of cast aluminum and built to handle tough spraying jobs. What gives the VariBlast a distinct advantage is that it enables users to shoot a light, medium, or heavy force of air on the target just by pulling the trigger – a striking innovation in engineering design.

Comfortable to use and ergonomically designed, the VariBlast contains two ¼ NPT air inlets and uses EXAIR’s own 1/8 NPT air nozzles; it also comes with a convenient storage hanger. Depending on the nozzle that the user has installed, the air gun consumes only between ten and 17.5 standard cubic feet per minute of air, making it one of the manufacturer’s most efficient designs of air guns. The VariBlast can produce up to one pound of force, which makes it ideal for use in light and medium-duty applications, and it is perfectly compatible with EXAIR extension pipes measuring up to 182 centimetres. The air gun is also available with a chip shield.

Another notable feature of the VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun is that it has been designed for safe use. EXAIR’s line of air guns are built to work with specially engineered air nozzles that maximize entrainment of room air and minimize consumption of compressed air. EXAIR 1/8 NPT air nozzles use less compressed air, which reduces dead-end pressure and noise exposure, thereby meeting most jurisdictions’ safety standards. The VariBlast’s durable cast aluminum body is ergonomically safe and perfect for rugged industrial applications.

The VariBlast Compact Safety Air Gun is available for as low as US$58.
