Provincial Partitions was recently approached by a valued long-term client to create another custom enclosure for one of its sophisticated lubrication systems. Each unique enclosure that Provincial Partitions creates for this client is built to house the customer's proprietary lubrication systems, which service large rotating equipment OEMs around the world. This time, the customer required a rapid turnaround.
Meeting customer needs
Whether standard or custom, Provincial Partitions’ enclosures are built to meet specific requirements for space, cost, weight, appearance, maintenance and security laid out by its customers. For this particular project, rapid turnaround was key to meeting the customer's requirements. By using prefabricated modular enclosures, Provincial Partitions was able to significantly reduce construction time, enabling the finished product to be delivered to the client on time and on budget. In fact, prefabricated modular enclosures can reduce construction time by as much as 40 per cent in some cases, the company says.
The custom enclosure is constructed of steel, and built to the most exacting demands of the customer. Most of Provincial Partitions’ prefabricated structures include full electrical packages, ceiling systems, spray foam insulation, doors, flooring, interior wall finish and roof covering. They have been used to house everything from oversized robotics to sophisticated communications equipment to a complex chemical processing apparatus. They have been configured to provide a soundproof testing room in a noisy manufacturing environment, and have been customized to provide explosion-proof structures.
