When Atlas Tire Inc. was just starting to grow its business, it purchased a simple 10-foot by 20-foot System 40 in-plant office from Provincial Partitions. That was 17 years ago, and the company’s needs have changed since then. But thanks to the inherent flexibility of System 40 and the experts at Provincial Partitions, the company was able to incorporate the original in-plant office into the new solution — a combined two-storey in-plant office/mezzanine structure with five separate offices and a driver’s area.
A flexible solution
Provincial Partitions’ proprietary System 40 is easily customizable, and assembles faster and cleaner than conventional construction. This means less mess and downtime, quicker project turnaround and less business interruption. This was certainly the case for Atlas. The team was able to build over an existing washroom structure without disrupting access, even during installation.
And because the solution is so flexible, it can be easily modified on-site to suit even the most critical dimension. Virtually any layout is possible. Customers can combine door, window and wall panels to meet current needs and, like Atlas, have the flexibility to expand or relocate in the future. In Atlas’ case, the company was able to achieve additional office space on the second storey, as well as a surrounding mezzanine platform that offered a panoramic view of the current inventory.
An ideal space management choice
Flexibility and convenience make Provincial Partitions’ solutions the perfect space management choice. The leading manufacturer of modular solutions specializes in custom applications, and welcomes the opportunity to solve your unique modular space requirements.
