A company needed a custom enclosure for one of its oversized robotic units, and turned to Provincial Partitions for the solution — its Prowall components. The Prowall system was the perfect solution because its modular components made assembly and disassembly a “snap” — an important capability since the enclosure and robotic unit needed to be constructed at the client's Canadian plant first, then later disassembled and shipped to the end customer where it could be easily reconstructed.
Shipping to any client is easy because each and every factory-built Provincial Partitions Prowall enclosure is constructed to precise dimensions and easily assembled, disassembled and paletted for shipping.
The Prowall panel system is suitable for many applications and many environments. Wall and roof panels are available in two-inch through 10-inch thicknesses, and panel heights up to 50 feet high in one continuous panel. They are also available from R8 to R40 insulation ratings and in one-, two and three-hour fire-rated assemblies.
All of Provincial Partitions’ prefabricated enclosures are prefinished structures built to the most exacting demands of the customer requirements. Most include full electrical packages, ceiling systems, spray foam insulation, doors, flooring, interior wall finish and roof covering. They have been used to house everything from oversized robotics to sophisticated communications equipment to complex chemical processing apparatus. They have been configured to provide a sound-proof testing room in a noisy manufacturing environment, and have even been customized to provide explosion-proof structures.
Many of Provincial Partitions prefabricated enclosures house sophisticated equipment and can tolerate the extremes of temperatures — from sub-zero to near tropical. Unmanned remote units can be equipped with economizer HVAC systems to heat or cool the units only as needed. They are frequently demountable, enabling easy teardown and shipping as needed.
Whether standard or custom, Provincial Partitions’ enclosures are built to meet the customer’s specific requirements for space, cost, weight, appearance, maintenance and security. Additionally, using prefabricated structures can reduce construction time by as much as 40 per cent.
