Bergen Cable's comprehensive line of cable and wire products includes Microlin and Posilign miniature cables. Developed for applications that require maximum flexibility, durability and corrosion resistance in confined spaces, these cables have been used in many critical applications where reliability is a must.
The Microlin cable
Bergen's Microlin cable is available in diameters ranging from .010 to .048 inches, enabling it to be routed around bulkheads or obstructions with ease, while maintaining high flexibility and fatigue resistance. The cable has breaking strengths of up to 175 pounds, and is available bare or nylon jacketed for improved durability.
The Posilign cable
This cable offers the same advantages as the Microlin cable, but also offers the elimination of constructional stretch. This allows for minimal elongation while under load, and assists with more accurate adjustment and minimal secondary adjustment to cable assemblies.
The Microlin and Posilign cables are often used in critical applications, including medical devices, electronics, aircraft interiors, military, marine and other applications that require a reliable cable in a tight space.
Bergen Cable also offers a complete line of off-the-shelf end fittings for these miniature cable assemblies. For help determining which cable assembly is most appropriate for the application, Bergen Cable's team of experts is happy to offer assistance. They are committed to ensuring that customers get the best solution for tough, reliable, long-life cable assemblies.
