Hytrol Conveyor Company is a top conveyor manufacturer, and Norpak Handling is proud to serve Canadian businesses as an authorized Hytrol Integration Partner. The latest achievement in Hytrol’s portfolio is the slider bed curve conveyor (SBC). With unsurpassed engineering talent and profound understanding of material handling, the Hytrol team has developed a conveyor that offers top operating efficiency to users – after undergoing rigorous testing procedures.
A new level of efficiency
The SBC brings conveyors to a new level of versatility and efficiency, with its ability to handle a broad range of products. This curve conveyor is belt-driven with tapered pulleys, enabling transport of products when their orientation and placement on the conveyor must be maintained. It can make 45-, 60-, and 90-degree turns, and its spring-loaded guides allow for faster belt changes and a full-length, transparent visibility window that boosts interaction with the conveyor system.
To ensure the highest precision and operational smoothness, Hytrol has laser-cut many of the SBC’s most crucial components. The curve conveyor is available in nine belt widths, which gives users the variety they need to handle virtually any material-handling application. Other advantages include an endless splice belt that helps to make operations consistent and a lower noise level than other conveyor types have.
As with all other Hytrol offerings from Norpak Handling, customers get the benefit of first-rate support for the SBC. And like all Hytrol conveyors, the SBC is designed to be durable and easy to maintain. Its precise bearing guide locations and sealed, self-aligned bearings result in maximum efficiency, along with little need for meticulous processes to reduce downtime.
The SBC is merely the latest conveyor innovation from Hytrol, which continues to revolutionize the material-handling world with such solutions as the NBEZ – the world’s first all-electric narrow-belt accumulation conveyor – and the BZE24EZ accumulating conveyor, an ideal system for handling small items. Norpak is the distributor to contact for any of these innovations.
