Harting will provide Heilind’s customers with its world-class connectivity solutions and, in return, Heilind will increase Harting’s growth even more through its industry presence and online sales of Harting’s connectivity products.
The big news was announced at Heilind’s headquarters in Wilmington, Mass., with Alan Clapp, vice-president of supplier business at Heilind Electronics, and Jon DeSouza, the president and CEO of Harting Americas, present.
“We are very happy with this partnership,” DeSouza admits. “Heilind has a very dedicated customer base who we are looking forward to supporting with our products. We firmly believe that this partnership will help us reach our goals.”
During the announcement, the new partners highlighted several of the products that Heilind customers can now purchase through the distributor, including Harting’s Han-Modular Series, which allows the combination of multiple medias in a single connection point, the easy-to-install Harting PushPull, the expansive M8, M12 and ⅞-inch cordset portfolio, and more.
