Chevrier Instruments can supply the model DMC-1400 documenting multi-function calibrator from BETA/Martel. This documenting calibrator offers a range of advanced features and high accuracy. In fact, it provides capabilities that are typically only associated with fixed-installation laboratory instruments, yet it also offers the portability and convenience of a handheld device.
The DMC-1400 can do everything needed for practically any calibration task. For instance, it can perform tests for pass/fail criteria, measure and simulate thermocouples, RTDs, voltage, current, frequency and source pulse trains.
This documenting calibrator has non-volatile memory that can maintain calibration date for 50 instruments. Another key feature is the ability to print calibration certificates without using a PC. The calibrator makes it easy to fully document any calibration with no need for special software.
The DMC-1400 allows all source modes to be programmed with dedicated set points. This calibrator also features an integrated 250 Ohms resistor for HART compatibility with PLCs and smart transmitters. It has a serial communications port that enables full control with ASCII commands.
The DMC-1400 is supplied with everything needed, including a test lead set, nylon carrying case, protective rubber boot, printer manuals, and DVD/CD-based video training. A range of accessories are also available, such as a rechargeable battery kit, BetaPort-P pressure module adapter, and a portable battery-operated printer for printing calibration certificates on the go.
Chevrier Instruments is a great source for the DMC-1400, as well as a complete selection of other measurement and control instruments for industrial processes. The company offers exceptional technical expertise, first-class service and quality products.
