Daemar’s lineup of retaining products includes engineered fasteners. From hose clamps and retaining rings to plastic and push-on fasteners and more, these products provide non-threaded fastener solutions for a wide range of applications.
Daemar offers self-compensating hose clamps from Rotor Clamp. These products are designed for low-pressure applications in single-wire, double-wire and constant tension band (CTB) configurations, and include light band and narrow band clamp styles. These clamps have the capability to expand and contract with the hose in response to temperature changes. They are simple to install and remove using manual or pneumatic tools, as they can’t be over or under tightened. They are available in standard hose sizes.
DMR push-on fasteners are designed to hold components on plain round shafts, rods or axles. Users simply push these fasteners on the shaft or stud, eliminating costly secondary operations such as notching, threading or drilling. These fasteners are available in 1050 steel, with a plain (hardened and tempered), mechanical zinc (clear, yellow or black dichromate), electro zinc (clear, yellow or black dichromate) or phosphate and oil (dull black) finish. They are available in many styles and sizes to meet the needs of the application.
Daemar also carries a large selection of DMR moulded Nylon 6/6 fasteners. This lineup includes plastic screws, nuts, washers, spacers, bushings, panel fasteners, hole plugs, circuit board hardware, hose clamps, wire handling clips, cable ties and more.
Constant section retaining rings from Ring Masters are also available in internal and external styles, a variety of cross-sectional shapes, and in both inch and metric sizes.
Daemar also carries DMR retaining ring kits and packs, as well as pliers, applicators, dispensers and automatic assembly tools for aiding in the installation of retaining rings. To learn more, contact Daemar.
