Rosta is known for manufacturing rubber suspension elements, tensioning technology and oscillating conveyor technology designed to help reduce maintenance costs and increase productivity. Many of these products are manufactured at the company’s factory in Switzerland; however, Rosta can also supply products from select industry-leading manufacturers that share the company’s commitment to quality. Venanzetti Vibrazioni electric vibrating motors are such an example. Rosta Inc. is pleased to offer these products to the North American industrial market.
Italian manufacturer Venanzetti has been producing high-quality electric vibrating motors since the early 1940s. These units feature a robust design and high-quality control procedures, which enables them to perform in some of the harshest environments. In fact, they are CSA approved and available in Class 4228 01 for hazardous locations.
These motors, which feature a standard three-phase 230/400-volt power supply, are designed for continuous duty with 100 per cent centrifugal force. They are ideal for use in temperatures between –30 and 40 degrees C, and many applications in the mining, aggregate, chemicals, food processing, flour processing, cooling and concrete sectors.
Venanzetti’s VMD exciter drive units for heavy screen applications are also available from Rosta to complement its extensive offering. To learn more, contact Rosta.
