When the application calls for the high-speed sortation of small items, Hytrol offers the ideal solution. Its ProSort line of conveyors, available in Canada from McKessock Conveyor Solutions, features four units designed to efficiently sort small items at high speeds.
The ProSort 121 and 122 Elite conveyors are designed to sort products at a 22-degree angle, where higher speeds are required. Model 122, however, is for applications where dual-sided sortation is required.
The ProSort 131 and 132 Elite conveyors sort products at a 30-degree angle, and are ideal for those applications where close divert centres are required. Just like model 122, though, ProSort 132 is meant to be used when dual-sided sortation is required.
All four solutions are designed for high-speed applications where product diversion needs to be both positive and gentle.
These units offer many advantages to users thanks to their best-in-class features. For example, ProSort 121, 122, 131 and 132 Elite utilize o-ring chain technology, which results in less maintenance and a longer service life. In addition, longer conveyor lengths are possible because each unit features a reduced coefficient of friction on bearings. This also means that less horsepower is required, which reduces operational noise.
This lineup is available in four widths, with right or left hand diverts. They are among the Hytrol products available in Canada from McKessock Conveyor Solutions, operating under the Norpak Handling banner. By working with leading manufacturers like Hytrol, McKessock has earned a reputation for providing safe, tested, dependable products.
