The CP 440 Digital Pressure Test Gauge from ECOM Instruments, a member of the Pepperl + Fuchs family, combines the accuracy of digital technology with the simplicity of an analog gauge. The result is high performance, ease of use and a set of features unmatched in the pressure measurement world.
Simple, accurate, versatile
The CP 440 has many best-in-class features and advantages that make it a simple, accurate and versatile solution. For example, setup of the CP 440 is fast and straightforward. Thanks to its menu-driven display, which has minimal text and intuitive functions, the unit is simple enough to allow the gauge to be used anywhere in the world, without the need for multilingual displays.
The unit offers very high accuracy of ±0.05 per cent F. S., and temperature compensated accuracy over zero to 50 degrees C.
In addition, the availability of optional sanitary seals that meet 3A standards per specification 37-01 makes the gauge versatile, allowing it to be used in virtually any application. Its rugged stainless steel case, on the other hand, meets NEMA 4/IP65, providing some protection against harsh environments.
The unit features eight standard pressure ranges and a large, back-lit, 5-½-digit display. It has the capability to display in 18 standard or fully custom engineering units, and can display ambient temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
The gauge can be password-protected, and enables Min/Max recall, as well as user-configurable sample rates to maximize measurement performance and battery life. An auto shut-off feature also extends battery life.
