The Tsubaki Kabelschlepp family of continuous bending high-flex cables are built for applications involving motion. TRAXLINE cables, known for their performance, high reliability and long service life, are ideal for use in dynamic cable and hose carriers.
TRAXLINE cables include control, power, data, coax, system/servo and CAT5E/CAT 6 cables. They are employed in a variety of applications worldwide, and are suited for standard applications like machine tools, cranes, car wash systems, medical and laboratory technologies, as well as more complex applications like industrial robots, land-based and offshore oil rigs, and aerospace.
The cables were developed for use in systems and mechanical engineering, crane and conveyor equipment, sensor equipment, and motors and drives. They are also the perfect solution for Profibus, CAN bus, Interbus, USB, fibre optic, coax, CAT5e and Cat6 applications, as well as image and light signal transmission.
TRAXLINE cables offer superior performance in both indoor and outdoor applications. They are capable of operating in temperatures ranging from -40 to 90 degrees C.
The cables can also perform in applications with long travel lengths, very high electrical voltages, high speeds (up to 20 m/s) and high accelerations (up to 50 m/s2).
TRAXLINE cables are finding success in thousands of applications worldwide because of their many features and benefits. Not only are they oil, seawater and ozone-resistant, but they are also UV-stable, flame-retardant, cut resistant, halogen-free and silicone-free.
The cables carry many approvals — i.e., UL, cUL, CSA, CE — which means that no matter where these cables are located on equipment, they will comply with local approval ratings.
Just like all Tsubaki Kabelschlepp products, TRAXLINE cables are sustainable, reliable and long lasting.
