Canada Perforating is the only full-service perforator in Canada. Based in Fort Erie, Ont., the company has the capability to perforate a wide range of materials to meet its customers’ specific needs, while also assisting them in design, effective material use, post processing and packaging.
“We will work with your preferred materials and design to ensure you have the best product possible,” the company says.
But that full-service approach and attention to quality is only part of the reason the company’s customers choose to work with Canada Perforating. With more than 12 years of experience, the company prides itself on truly understanding the Canadian market and the needs of the many industries it serves.
The experienced team at Canada Perforating has the ability to work with many different materials, including raw, galvanized and pre-painted steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals, plastics and composites. It can perforate material that is up to 60 inches wide, weighing up to 20,000 pounds. The company can work with steel between .010 and 0.130 inches thick; stainless steel between .010 and .080 inches thick; aluminum between .010 and .250 inches thick; and plastics and composite materials up to .250 inches thick.
Canada Perforating has the capability to work with such a wide range of materials and thicknesses because of the state-of-the-art equipment it uses. These include specialized CNC-controlled high-speed perforating presses and CNC-controlled levelling equipment. The company is able to perforate sheet-to-sheet, coil-to-coil and coil-to-sheet.
In addition, because Canada Perforating is a full-service company, it has degreasing, levelling, shearing, blanking and forming capabilities as well.
Canada Perforating has experience serving a wide range of industries across North America with perforated materials. Its customers include companies in the architectural, HVAC and automotive industries, who use the perforated materials to manufacture such products as panels and filters. The materials are also used in furniture, lighting, sound equipment, appliances, computer and electronic cabinets.
