Vibratory separators from Vibra Finish Ltd. can sort through unwanted materials, leaving your newly finished parts pristine. Finishing procedures often require water or media, which then need to be removed after processing has stopped. Our separators make that job easy while offering added finishing applications. Sure to keep fragile parts intact, separators represent an ideal method that cuts down on labour and speeds up part production time.
Three different finishing machines
We carry a range of separators and centrifugal finishing machines that can help rid your products of excess contaminants. In conjunction with Spaleck, we developed three centrifugal finishers that remove everything from wood and waste to raw materials. The Z-33 and Z044 feature controls for rotor speed, temperature and more. They can also unload themselves, guaranteeing part security, and remove substances from parts without sacrificing operator comfort. We also carry the ZS-2 finisher, along with magnetic separators.
Used in many industries
These machines excel at separating applications while also performing finishing work such as deburring and drying. As a result, these products are commonly used in the chemical, food processing, recycling and mineral processing industries.
