Manufacturing process

Roll forming saves your business money. It produces many parts that have great uniformity and consistency.  It also combines several operations, such as notching, punching and post-painting into one. All metals, not just aluminum, can be roll formed.

We are also able to put installation labels on the rods themselves so parts don’t have to be labelled separately.

Samson does a variety of value-added services, including stamping, bending breaking, assembly and parting. Our experienced staff would be happy to discuss the benefits of roll forming with you.
