Roll Formed Angle

Nu-Tech Roll Forming can produce angles of all types. We offer a wide range of standard shapes in addition to our versatile custom roll forming capabilities. We work closely with customers to develop products to suit the application. Our team of engineers can produce the most difficult shapes, and we have experience serving a wide range of industries. Our manufacturing process ensures high quality, fast turnaround, and cost savings. As a full-service roll form supplier, we provide a range of value added services.  Our company has been in business for more than 25 years.

Roll formed angles

We often produce standard roll formed angles including  punched and unpunched varieties up to 12 gauge. Our company also has extensive experience creating custom products to meet clients’ needs for specific roll form capabilities. Some of the different products we have produced include custom shapes, rails, c-channels, j-channels, u-channels, door tracks, straps, panels, hat sections, supports, stiffeners, cross members, and more.

We are dedicated to working closely with clients to develop cost-effective solutions, and the advantages of the roll forming process help in that regard. When compared to alternative methods such as extrusion, stamping, or brake forming, our process enables parts to be produced faster, with a lower cost, and improved quality.
