Flexible Skin – moulded high resilient (HR) polyurethane.
Our HR foam offers superior performance and durability along with outstanding comfort and support. It is used in the manufacture of an extensive range of high quality cushioning products.

Integral Skin – Moulded micro cellular polyurethane
With a tough but flexible and tear-resistant outer skin, our micro cellular polyurethane (also called I/Skin) manages to retain an extraordinary soft-touch feel.
It is often used for handles and grab bars, steering wheels, seats, arm and head rests, gearshift knobs, furniture and toys.
Gelfoam – Moulded self-skinning polyurethane
Pioneered by us at Custom Foam Systems Ltd., we are proud to say that this unique and innovative material truly is the future of soft-touch foam technology.
This is a foam with gel-like properties, gradually returning to its moulded form without the messy gel leaks. It is cut resistant, non-conductive and anti-static, impact absorbing, washable, with an intriguing soft-touch feel.
Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM) – Moulded structural polyurethane
RIM is beginning to replace traditional materials, such as wood, plastic, fiberglass and metal, due to its unique characteristics. It is high strength with low part weight and boasts a high heat resistance. It is resistant to aging, weathering and damaging chemicals and solvents.
Not only does RIM allow you to mould very large parts, but you can make moulds at low costs with short lead times.
