Cleaning, Metal Parts Machines
Metal parts cleaning machines from Vibra Finish Ltd. offer exceptional cleaning power without the labours of hand cleaning. When you’re mass producing products, you want to make your parts look their best. However, cleaning them by hand is needlessly time consuming and expensive, eating up manual labour that could be better used elsewhere. Our vibratory machines can get the done faster and more efficiently, allowing you to conserve resources and increase productivity.
Vibratory finishers, barrels and abrasive blasting
Several of our machines are ideal for stripping caked on dirt and grime from your part’s surface. When used with water and specific compounds, our barrel finishing equipment scrubs away imperfections while tumbling. By draining dirty fluid through holes in the barrel, this method also increases your parts’ strength and durability.
Our vibratory finishers can provide similar cleaning applications when used with an acidic compound. Many of our machines feature drains that allow you to clean your part while it is being cut or finished. Both vibratory tubs and finishers can be used for this application.
Finally, abrasive blasting chemically cleans your part, removing the need to clean and polish by hand. A wide variety of media are used to perform this task, including abrasive grit like aluminum oxide, gorn cob, steel shot and glass beads.
Necessary in part finishing
While these machines clean parts, they can also perform other tasks involved with part finishing, including deburring, edge rounding and more. Each are commonly used in surface finishing work, making them common to industries such as aerospace, automotive, construction and more.
We offer part sampling and testing to ensure serviced products will withstand corrosion and wear in your unique work environment. We are also ISO 9001-certified, which guarantees a set level of quality across each part that we manufacture or service.
With each order we fulfill, we strive to provide our customers with the greatest surface consistency possible. This dedication to our craft has helped Vibra Finish Ltd. to grow over more than 40 years in business.
