At Mocap, we manufacture a wide variety of caps, plugs, tubes, grips and other plastic and rubber products. With factories in three continents, we are strategically located to best serve you. Our facilities are registered to ISO 9001, and our products are RoHS-compliant. Our short lead times include same day shipping for some products ordered online before 2 p.m. CT. We invest heavily in our employees, and take great pride in our experienced and friendly team. We are happy to send you samples before you order, and our secondary manufacturing services include printing, punching, slicing, one-colour silk-screening, and assembly.

Caps Product Line

We manufacture many models of plastic caps. High quality and low cost, these caps protect products during shipping and assembly, and can also add the perfect finishing touch. Vinyl dip molded caps include no additional tooling charges.

  • Threaded plastic caps can be used as masking caps during painting, and also protect threaded components from debris. We offer models to fit metric, British Standard Pipe and flared JIC threads and fittings.
  • XW series tapered caps are molded from durable but flexible polyethylene. Wider than our other models, they suit hydraulic fittings, tube end caps and more.
  • Eco-friendly and cost-effective, paper tapered caps are manufactured from recyclable paper. They do not promote condensation and are ideal for low-to-high temperature applications.

Caps Industrial Applications

We work with clients in wide variety of industries, including the medical, automotive, appliance, electronics and HVAC markets.

Caps Manufacturing Process

We own and operate factories in the United States, United Kingdom, China and Mexico, and offer many plastic molding processes. With vinyl dip molding, we manufacture products up to 18″ in diameter and 22″ in length, and in a variety of colours, textures and hardnesses. With plastic injection molding, we can create products to demanding specifications. In rubber molding, we inject raw material into molds, and then apply heat and pressure. The rubber then hardens into the shape of the mold. We also provide plastic and rubber extrusion services.
