Automated welding equipment
Lincoln Electric can supply all the equipment needed for a complete automated welding system. For instance, positioners and manipulators are available that are ideal for the automation of repetitive welding operations. They can be used to create efficient automated work cells. Also available are seam tracker systems that offer precise automated tracking of weld joints for a variety of welding processes including submerged arc, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW.
In addition, pre-configured robotic cells are available as a turnkey solution for entry-level robotic welding. Our Auto-Mate robotic cells have standard configurations that ensure minimal set-up and programming.
Lastly, we can provide custom designed robotic systems that use FANUC ARC Mate iC universal process robots. These robots feature the highest throughput, largest working envelope, and most compact body.
