We have over a hundred years of experience and a hundred innovative ideas. At Lincoln Electric, we design and manufacture welding equipment and consumables, creating solutions to improve your productivity and success. With manufacturing and distribution resources that span the globe, and exceptionally skilled engineering and production teams, we are well placed to provide quality equipment for all your welding, cutting and joining needs. We are also dedicated to environmentally friendly initiatives: our Cleveland plant is partially powered by a wind tower and recycles 70% of waste. Some of our other facilities use geothermal and solar heating, and we are reducing the amount of compressed air that we use. We are determined to leave the world––and your businesses––better for having worked with us.
Aluminum Welding Product Line
We manufacture aluminum electrodes and solid rods, as well as welding guns and accessories. We also manufacture a variety of aluminum wires for both MIG (metal inert gas) and TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding.
Aluminum Welding Industrial Applications
NASCAR and other companies in the automotive industry use our advance process welders and steel and aluminum wires. Shipbuilders like Mission Marine Ltd. use our semiautomatic welding systems, welding process modes and aluminum wire. We work with companies in many other industries, including nuclear energy, pipeline and wind power.
Aluminum Welding Engineering Expertise
In addition to producing quality welding, joining and cutting products, our engineers are committed to sharing their knowledge. The Lincoln Electric Welding School is a certified technical college that has trained over 100,000 welders since 1917. We also offer seminars and workshops focusing on topics such as the principles of connection design, causes and cures of distortion and welding metallurgy. These seminars allow welders to fine-tune their skills and keep up-to-date on the latest advances in the industry. The James F. Lincoln Foundation educates the public about the art and science of arc welding, promotes welding as a career, publishes educational texts and recognizes industry achievements with cash awards.
