3D Cable Carriers
Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. can supply three-dimensional Robotrax cable carriers. These carriers can move in three dimensions and are ideal for use with robots that make swiveling and rotational movements. They are also well suited to rotary table applications. Our cable carrier systems are used to support cables and hoses for a variety of moving machine parts. We offer cable carriers of many different styles including open or covered styles, plastic or metal, and light weight or heavy duty. These carriers are part of Tsubaki’s KabelSchlepp brand, which it purchased in 2010 after working closely with the company for more than 40 years.
3D line cable carrier
Robotrax cable carriers offer a universal solution for rotary applications. The three-dimensional flexibility of these carriers enables the same system to be used for robot feet and arms. The have also been designed to ensure long service life for cables. One way they accomplish this is by cleanly isolating cables in three separate chambers inside the carrier.
Another feature of Robotrax cable carriers is the open design that allows fast cable laying. Cables can be simply pressed into place with no need for threading through. In addition, this open design makes cable inspection simple.
Our 3D line cable carriers are available with protective covers and heat shields. These covers can be supplied in a variety of materials to suit different environmental conditions. They are also available with a range of accessories such as chucking devices, impact protection, and LineFix saddle-type clamps for strain relief.
