With Vibra Finish Ltd.¿s part degreasing cleaning systems, you can easily wear away grease in any number of machined parts. Grease can prevent your parts from working effectively within an assembly. It can also cause unnecessary corrosion and wear, making your parts less durable and therefore less valuable. Our degreasing systems can prevent this from happening without slowing your productivity. Our methods are fast yet effective, allowing us to service many parts in a short period. We can also provide added value by polishing or edging your parts simultaneously.
Cleaners and machinery
We offer both cleaning products and vibratory equipment that can tear through grease particles. When used with cleaning compounds, our vibrators set parts in abrasive motion against one another. This allows for the degreaser to spread into each nook and cranny on the part, with unwanted material flushed out. Our compounds include Vibra-Glo WMC, which provides excellent degreasing performance to any material, as well as all-purpose cleaners such as Vibra Glo L-460 and L-227, which also remove burrs and other surface imperfections.
Mass scale applications
Our vibratory finishing machinery is used to clean, cut and strengthen parts on a mass scale. They are therefore very efficient at removing grease and make up an important facet of part manufacturing. These methods are commonly used in industries such as shipbuilding, automotive and more.
