Three custom methods
We can perform a range of methods that can help remove all types of burrs. We work with our customers to determine the best procedure for your needs. Once you¿ve decided on the method that¿s right for you, our design team provides our operators with clear instructions, resulting in smooth, burr-free parts.
Our deburring methods include abrasive blasting, barrel tumbling and vibratory tumbling. Abrasive blasting involves shooting glass beads at your part. This has a sanding effect that is ideal for stripping away light burrs. Barrel tumbling is more effective with larger burrs, creating a smoother finish than other methods, especially when used with aluminum oxide grit. Finally, a vibratory tumbler set to a high speed has also proven effective.
Each of these methods are used for surface finishing applications, including deburring, cutting, polishing and more. Part manufacturers in industries such as shipbuilding, transportation and more commonly use these procedures.
In each of our custom services, we strive to put the customer first. We provide part sampling prior to fulfilling an order, allowing our clients to make an informed decision about the processes their parts will undergo. We also offer part testing to ensure our parts resist corrosion and wear within work environments. Each of our operations are carried out in our four facilities, each of which remain open 24/7 to ensure efficiency.
We¿ve built our reputation on high quality vibratory finishing methods that are ideal for mass produced products. With over 40 years in business, Vibra Finish Ltd. has the tools and knowledge necessary to service your parts.
