Heavy Duty Cable Carriers

Steel cable carriers are available from Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. These carriers feature robust construction that is well suited to extreme applications. Our steel cable carrier design has been proven over many years. It features exceptionally stable chain link plates and a multiple-stroke link design that utilizes special bolts and locking rings. These cable carriers provide a heavy duty solution for supporting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic cables and hoses that supply power for moving machine parts. They are used for a variety of equipment for manufacturing, material handling, metal processing, and more.

Steel cable carriers

Varitrak S/SX steel cable carriers are designed to handle heavy mechanical loads and harsh environments. Due to their stable design, they also allow for very long unsupported lengths. These open-style carriers can be supplied in many different sizes and are available with an aluminum cover system or steel strips to provide added protection for cables. They can also be supplied with glide shoes for gliding applications.

Conduflex is a closed-design cable carrier that features a well-sealed design. It has a stainless steel outer shell and a glass-fibre reinforced polyamide internal frame. Conduflex cable carriers are modular, so they are easy to shorten or lengthen at any time. This design also simplifies replacement of sections if external damage occurs.
