Attachment Chain

Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. can supply specialty attachment chains to suit any need. A wide variety of ready-made chains are available for fast delivery as well as made-to-order items for unique, industry-specific applications. For instance, we can supply chains with a range of rubber top attachments, bent-over attachments, guide rollers, magnetic attachments, and more. We are the best source for chains with our wide selection of high quality products and extensive expertise. In addition to a variety of chains, we can supply sprockets, bushings, cam clutches, and power transmission utility components.

Specialty attachment chains

Some of the different options available for specialty chains include:

  • Rubber top chain has a layer of rubber bonded to the attachment which enables objects to be conveyed between chains.
  • Bent-over attachments with chamfered edges that protect conveyed materials from being scratched. These attachments allow materials to be conveyed when placed directly on the chain or sandwiched between chains.
  • RS single-pitch and double-pitch guide rollers that prevent snaking and may be used as running rollers.
  • Hollow pin guide rollers that prevent snaking and allow many different types of attachments.
  • Attachment with press-fitted bushing that is ideal for bearings.
  • Extended pin (can conveying) chains that are used in drying operations for two-piece construction cans or pre-painted and full painted tubes
  • Magnetic attachments hold conveyed objects and can be used for conveying on a slope.
