Liners product lines
Tapco Inc. produces three different kinds of UHMW sheets. The natural sheets are white and meet FDA/USDA 3-A dairy guidelines. The green or black reprocessed or recycled sheets are made from a blend of virgin and recycled polymers. These are not FDA approved. Our black antistatic sheets are ideal for protecting parts that are sensitive to buildup of static electricity. These sheets allow a partial transmission of electric charge. This prevents static energy from building up. Sheets are 4-feet by 10-feet and come in various thicknesses.
Our liners have been used in conveyors, bins and chutes. They can also be used as wear strips, guide plates, hopper liners and chain guides. Liners can also be used to make gaskets. Some of our liners are FDA and USDA approved.
Liners manufacturing process
Tapco uses prime virgin materials to make its liners. Our natural sheets are best for heavy applications. Our recycled sheets, made with a mix of virgin and recycled materials, are best for less demanding jobs. Our liners withstand corrosion. Their super slippery surface means there's no bridging of bulk materials.
We are the largest manufacture of elevator buckets and bolts in North America. Our distributors are located strategically in North America, Central America, South America, Western Europe, Australia and the Pacific Rim. We have shipped products to 50 countries.
