We ensure your operations maintain productivity. Our inventory of approximately 15 million bolts allows us to fill orders of all sizes. The types of bolts we offer include western 3 prong Norway flat countersunk, and zinc pointed end fanged.   Along with bolts, buckets and washers, we also manufacture belt splices, abrasion-resistant sheeting, drag flights and hanger bearings. In urgent situations, same-day service is available.

Bolts product lines

Tapco Inc.  manufactures various styles of bolts. Our No. 1 Norway Flat Countersunk Head bolts are packaged with finished hex nuts. Their head diameter ranges from 3/32 inch to 1-9/6 inch. The No. 3 Eclipse Slotted Head bearings are also packaged with finished hex nuts. Their head diameter ranges from 23/32 inch to 7/8 inch. Our fanged bolts have a head diameter of 31/32 inch to 1-5/16 inch. Their fangs have a length of 7/32 inch to 9/32 inch. These bolts are inserted into holes with fangs in line across the width of the belt.

Our zinc pointed end fanged bolts have head diameters of 31/32 inch to 1-5/16 inch. Their fang length ranges from 7/32 inch to 9/32 inch. The Ref 70 bolts have head diameters of 5/8 inch, 7/8 inch and 1 inch. Their prongs are 3/32 inch and 5/64 inch long. These bolts need to be paired with oval washers, which Tapco sells separately. The washers increase their holding power and effectiveness. We also have Western 3-Prong Bolts. Their head diameter is 7/8 inch and 1-1/32 inch. Their prongs are 3/32 inches long.

Bolts manufacturing process

Our bolts are made from carbon steel or stainless steel and some are zinc plated. Not all styles of bolts come in all of these materials. Carbon steel and zinc plated bolts meet SAE J429 Grade 2 designation. Our stainless steel bolts meet ASTM F593 alloy group 1, CW designation and exceed Grade 2 specifications.
