Roll Forming

We provide custom roll forming of superior quality with a high rate of production. We have in-line piercing capabilities and can form custom products up to 36” wide and 45’ long.  Our team of expert engineers can assist you with part design and engineering. We can produce parts made with a range of materials, from hot dipped galvanized steel to aluminum, and even pre-painted materials.  When custom work isn’t required, we offer a variety of standard shapes. Our process will save you time and money, and results in products with improved structural strength when compared to other options.

Roll forming

We can produce whatever roll formed products you need because we specialize in custom work. We can form products from .015” to .200” thick, .500” to 36” wide, up to 15’ long, with up to 24 passes. Custom products we have experience producing include steel roll formed shapes, c-channels, u-channels, panels, supports, straps, running boards, rails, stiffeners and cross members.

In addition to custom services, we can offer a wide selection of standard parts that can save you some time and money. Our standard parts include hat sections of various lengths up to 12 GA, j-channels in a variety of widths, punched and un-punched angles up to 12 GA, channels up to 10 GA, and door tracks in 2” and 3” sizes.

Our roll forming process

We use various steel materials for our custom forming including hot rolled pickled and oiled steel, cold rolled steel, hot dipped galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Nu-Tech can also use pre-painted material for our custom work. We have 11 lines of rolling mills, stamping presses with 400 ton capability, spot welders and benders.

Our process provides a higher quality result and faster turnaround than other options such as aluminum extrusion, brake forming or stamping. The Nu-Tech process reduces cost of assembly because it eliminates the need for secondary operations like deburring, notching and piercing.

Nu-Tech has been in business since 1985. Our team of experienced engineers can make the most difficult, complex shapes. We always produce our products on time, with consistent high quality.
