Analytical process controls
One example of the controllers available is the Minco CT15 temperature controller and alarm. This easy-to-use controller offers advanced PID control. It can automatically self-tune to provide the best PID control, or it can be manually tuned to suit a specific application. The controller is available with an alarm to protect motors and generators from overheating. The alarm can be set to notify for high, low, high/low, or deviation from set point. The alarm can also be automatically reset or held, controlling an electromechanical relay with voltage-free contacts. This controller has loop break protection to handle sensor or heater failure.
Another feature is the waterproof and corrosion-resistant front panel that makes this controller suitable for sanitary applications.
