Mod-Tronic Instruments Ltd. can supply a variety of electronic alarms. For instance, we carry a large selection of signal alarm trips from Shinko, Love Controls, and Absolute Process Instruments. They include models for AC, DC, thermocouple, RTD, frequency, and strain gauge inputs. Customers depend on our products for high quality, reliable performance, and competitive pricing. To ensure our customers get their parts quickly, we have a large stock of items ready for same day shipment. If our comprehensive selection doesn't include the exact product a customer requires, we can supply custom build solutions.
One example of the electronic alarms available is the API 1090 DIN signal alarm trips. These alarms are designed for DC voltage or current input and have field selectable input ranges. They provide two independent SPDT alarm outputs. Some other key features include selectable relay configuration and adjustable setpoints, LEDs that indicate status of the input signal, and the ability to operate on wide ranges of AC or DC power.
Many of our alarm modules feature a LoopTracker LED that provides an at-a-glance indication of the process status. The LED varies in intensity to show changes in the process input signal.
Another example is the series SC1090 themocouple limit/alarm switch modules from Love Controls. These units feature field selectable input type, scale range, output action, and output type. It has two form C (SPDT) relays that can be operated independently or logically connected to act as a DPDT output.
