We provide custom metal stampings including deep draw, reverse draw, and standard draw. Our rates are competitive, yet the quality of our work is top-of-the-line. In addition to stamping, we provide metal spinning, tooling, assembly, painting, anodizing and vacuum metalizing. We have been in business for over 40 years. Along the way, we have grown from a small family business to an industry leader in metal stamping and spinning. We are committed to maintaining and building on the high quality of our work, our personal service for our clients, and on-time delivery of our products.
We work with materials including stainless steel, cold rolled steel, aluminum, copper and brass. Our metal stamping department uses a Lagan 200 ton press and a 150 ton hydraulic press. We also have a range of smaller presses with capabilities from 3 to 75 tons. The Lagan triple action hydraulic press features a 39” bed size and a maximum part depth of 10. Our 150 ton hydraulic press has a 29” bed with a 4 1/2” part depth maximum. Our 75 ton mechanical press has a bed that is 23” by 35”, and is capable of producing 6” part depth.
