We can produce parts to meet your requirements because we specialize in custom work. We have a variety of presses to handle different size of jobs from our 200 ton triple action hydraulic press down to our mechanical presses that range from 3-75 ton capacities. We work with a variety of metals including aluminum, stainless steel, copper and brass.
We also perform a wide variety of secondary operations including heat treating, powder coating and vacuum metallizing. We utilize a hydraulic circle shear that can make circles up to 60 inches in size and ranging from 12g to 26g in thickness. We also have pneumatic trimming and beading machines such as the Denn RB-40.

Our process is designed around ensuring complete customer satisfaction with the finished product. You can send us specifications such as dimensions, material and quantity. We will then supply you with a quote. When you approve of the quote we will send sample parts for you to inspect. Only once you are happy with the prototype we will begin production.
