Megger limited offers a variety of low resistance ohmmeters. They are capable of measuring resistance with fine resolutions ranging down to 0.1 micro-ohm. Our ohmmeters help our clients reduce costs and increase efficiency by analyzing their equipment to anticipate failures and extend lifespans. They are used for a multitude of applications including testing switches, breakers, joints and bonds. We are known for supplying precise and reliably engineered products, on time. All of our facilities are ISO 9001 certified, and we are dedicated to ensuring all our products meet the highest standards for reliability, safety and quality.

Low resistance ohmmeters testing

Our various models of ohmmeters are capable of using test currents from 0.5 mA to 200 amps. They are available in compact hand-held versions or larger models with heavy duty, lidded cases. They are suitable for bench-top use or can be set on the ground for field work. They are lightweight and portable yet ruggedly designed.  Many of our ohmmeters feature onboard memory to hold up to 300 test results and a RS232 port for downloading data to a PC, laptop or printer. They have rechargeable batteries, and are available with high input protection up to 600 V. Data sheets and user guides for our wide variety of ohmmeters are available on our website.

Low resistance ohmmeters testing industries

Our ohmmeters are useful for any application that requires precise, low-resistance measurements. They are used to measure contact resistance of circuit breakers, bus-bar joints, aircraft frame bonds, disconnecting switches (isolators), rail and pipeline bonds and much more. Contact us with your requirements and we will help you get the best equipment for your applications.
