Welding Fume Collectors

At Lincoln Electric, we manufacture welding equipment and consumables including welding fume collectors. With resources that span the globe, and exceptionally skilled engineering and production teams in all our facilities, we provide high-quality equipment for all your welding, cutting and joining needs. We also focus on environmentally friendly initiatives: our Cleveland plant is partially powered by a wind tower and recycles 70% of waste. Some of our other facilities use geothermal and solar heating, and we are reducing the amount of compressed air that we use. We combine our hundred years of experience with hundreds of innovative ideas for the best service and products in the industry.

Welding Fume Collectors Product Line

We recognize the importance of protecting welders from hazardous fumes, and offer a complete line of solutions for fume control. Our fume guns are engineered to withstand high productivity environments, and their quality copper and aluminum components guarantee superior electrical contact and heat dissipation. For small shops with few welding stations, look into our portable units that provide light-duty extraction and filtration of welding fumes. To remove weld fumes at the source, work on our downdraft table, a two-in-one workbench and extraction unit. It can also remove dust from metal grinding and light duty plasma arc cutting. We also manufacture fire safety solution systems.

Welding Fume Collectors Industrial Applications

Our clients work in a variety of industries, including nuclear energy, pipeline and wind power. Furthermore, NASCAR and other companies in the automotive industry use our advance process welders and steel and aluminum wires. Shipbuilders like Mission Marine Ltd. use our semiautomatic welding systems, welding process modes and aluminum wire.

Welding Fume Collectors Engineering Expertise

Our skilled and experienced engineers share, as well as apply, their knowledge. Since 1917, the Lincoln Electric Welding School has trained over 100,000 welders. We also offer seminars and workshops focusing on topics such as the principles of connection design, causes and cures of distortion and welding metallurgy. These courses allow both beginning and advanced welders to fine-tune their skills and keep up-to-date on the latest advances in the industry. The James F. Lincoln Foundation educates the public about the art and science of arc welding, promotes welding as a career, publishes educational texts and recognizes industry achievements with monetary awards.
