Our welding manipulator systems are designed to perform various combinations of welding processes. They feature the ability to handle heavy loads with smooth, consistent movement on all axes. These manipulators can be either floor mounted using a free stand base or mounted to a travel car. The boom and hoist movement, variable speed control, slides and travel car can all be controlled with the remote pendant.
The manipulators are available in different sizes and configurations. They can offer horizontal boom travel up to 3.4 meters (11 feet) at variable speeds from 3 to 116 inches per minute. Manipulators are supplied with a digital speed indicator, over travel limit switch, single wire and tandem SAW mounting kits, and more.
