Robotic Systems

Lincoln Electric can provide robotic systems for practically any welding or cutting application. Our automation equipment includes positioners, universal process robots, pipe and tube cutting systems, custom robotic cells, and more. These robotic systems are built from the ground up to suit our customers' applications. They include everything needed for a complete system, such as welding, fixturing, tooling, cutting, and fume control systems. Our company also prides itself on providing expert welding knowledge so our customers can focus on meeting their business goals. As a world leader in welding and cutting solutions with more than 100 years of experience, Lincoln Electric is the ideal source.

Robotic systems

A variety of pre-engineered robotic cells are available. These robotic systems can also be customized to meet virtually any need. The different types of robotic cells we provide include fixed table, turn table, and positioning systems.

Fixed table systems are ideal for applications that do not need part rotation or repositioning. They are an affordable option and the ideal entry point for small manufacturers or job shops that want to expand. Turn table systems have a staging surface that can rotate or reposition work pieces, providing increased throughput efficiency. These systems are available with a low maintenance servo-driven positioner that has no mechanical parts to fail. Positioning systems can use a range of different options to present parts to the robot. For instance, they can include ferris wheel, headstock/tailstock, and other options.
