Our company offers more than 100 years of experience supplying high quality welding solutions.
MIG welding machines
One example of the welding machines available is the Idealarc CV400 MIG welder. It features a fixed inductance design that provides excellent short-circuit metal transfer characteristics. It has rugged construction and will provide years of reliable performance in MIG and cored wire fabrication and production work. The internal components such as winding, rectifiers, and circuit boards have a protective coating that keeps out moisture and prevents corrosion. The output rectifier on this welder is also backed by a seven year warranty. The CV400 MIG welder is used in a variety of industries such as railroad, furniture, appliances, heavy equipment, and structural steel.
Also available is the multi-process capable Power MIG 350 MP. This three-in-one welder can perform stick welding, TIG, MIG, and flux-cored processes. It can weld 4XXX and 5XXX series aluminum for results of superior quality. In addition, it features advanced processes such as Pulse-on-Pulse which creates aluminum welds with a stacked dime appearance, and Power Mode which ensures a stable and smooth arc for short arc welding steel and better penetration on thicker sections of aluminum.
