Universal process robots
We supply the FANUC ARC Mate iC Series robots which offer many industry leading capabilities. These robots have the most compact body, largest working envelope, capability for all mounting positions, and the highest throughput. They have an integral wire feeder nested in the robot arm and they can support many different types of welding torches. They are available in a range of models and can incorporate advanced robot vision systems. The iRVision system enables 2-D or 3-D robot guidance for part location, presence detection, seam tracking, and automated inspection.
Automated metal forming
We can provide custom automated systems for metal forming applications. They can include systems for automation of presses, hydroforming, tube bending and fabrication. For instance, we offer press automation systems with programmable servo-based transfer capabilities. Our tube bending and fabricating systems are used to provide higher part quality and productivity in markets including HVAC, automotive, appliance, refrigeration, and steel furniture.
Robotic system engineering
The automation division at Lincoln Electric can design and build robotic systems for a range of applications. In addition to any welding process, we can offer automated solutions for palletizing, dispensing, machine tending, material handling, and more. When designing complex automation projects, we can offer extensive 3D modeling and Finite Element Analysis to optimize the design, identify and solve any issues, and reduce lead times. These programs enable the early visualization and evaluation of the planned automation and tooling.
