Leland Industries Inc. has over thirty years of experience manufacturing fasteners such as self-sealing bolts. Our well-stocked inventories and strategically located plants across Canada and the U.S. allows us to offer quick delivery times, our well-maintained equipment produces top-quality fasteners, and our experienced and friendly team will answer all your questions with a smile. We are proud to manufacture all our goods in Canada and the U.S., and to successfully compete against offshore competitors. We also understand the importance of giving back to the community, and sponsor numerous charities, including the Canadian Diabetes Association and the School Alliance for Student Songwriters.

Self-Sealing Bolt Product Line

Keeping out contaminants such as air, water and lubricant, our Master Seal washers transform a wide range of our fasteners into self-sealing bolts. Our most popular model consists of a galvanized metal washer that is vulcanized to an EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) washer. These are ozone and weather resistant, and suit temperatures up to 350ºF. We can also manufacture sealing washers with aluminum or stainless steel backings, and neoprene or silicone facings. Aluminum offers suits applications with deflection requirements, stainless steel offers additional corrosion resistance, neoprene is highly resistant to petrochemicals, and silicone functions in extreme temperatures between -115ºF and 480ºF. Outside diameters range from 3/8” to 1 ½”.

Self-Sealing Bolt Industrial Applications
